Cents and soil exhibition in Helsinki, Project room

Today I am guarding in our exhibition, so I will be here the whole day. There will also be the Art walk in Helsinki today and our exhibition will be the second one where can visit. I am exited to see how many people will come.

I am also pretty exited of my own work, as I have been learning so much in these few last months. I am exited about that I really made these electric things work and made this idea happen for real.

Under this text is my tribute to Cleve Bacster,who was a great (and very qurious) scientist and made some experimental tests in 60´s with plants. My work is called Biocommunication. It is about a similarities of plants and animals and all living creatures. I´ve been thinking a lots of what kind of inner and genetic memory and wisdom plants have inside of them and how they think and move. They must have somekind of mind. So I create a mashine that changes plants "inner electricity" to different sounds and so that the plant has a voice. You can also play with the plant by touching the sensors that measures your "inner electricity" and the same machine changes it to different sounds. There is a small band! :) I wouldn´t say it is a communication, but there is a somekind of connection between that plant and human.
